Having completed his doctoral studies at the System Planning Lab, Department of Design, Chiba University, he is actively involved in d+ research+design, as well as the Design Ethnography Lab (DE:Lab) and the Centre for Research on Cultural and Environmental Products (PPPBL) at Institut Teknologi Bandung. He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Institut Teknologi Bandung. His research interests include service design, participatory design, and social innovation, focusing on exploring the role of design in addressing everyday issues from a grassroots perspective.

Raditya co-founded several organizations, including Bandung Design Kolektif Foundation, Kultura Foundation, and Pilarin Co-op. He is the secretary-general of the Alliance of Indonesian Industrial Designers (ADPII) 2024-2026. In 2020, the Bandung Creative City Forum (BCCF) appointed him as the festival director of Helarfest, an annual event celebrating Bandung's creative community. He also chaired the Indonesian Student Association (PPI) Chiba-Japan during the 2023–2024 term. Additionally, he is a member of the Design Research Society, Service Design Network, Japanese Society for the Science of Design, Indonesia Design Development Center, Indonesia Trend Forecasting, and Si Network Jakarta Hub.
